We are thrilled to announce that the ACS baseball caps are here! They are available in three different colors: pink, black and white.  For only 50 bs!  We will soon be launching a variety of different Cougar items! Including water bottles in collaboration with the Carbon Cutters in efforts to cut down on single plastic use bottles! #MightyCougars

ACS is paying salaries between September 27 to 28!

Dear ACS Faculty and Staff, As we near the end of the quarter, I want to say thank you for making all the activities possible that ACS is providing for our community, in addition to all the work to grade and prepare reports for the end of the quarter.  A special thank you goes out to all those involved in the Cougar Cups, Student Appreciation Day, Family Day Picnic, and the CWW trips.  Your hard work is making memories for our students that will last a lifetime.  In addition, thank you to everyone who was involved in the gala and the construction of the playground.  Thank you especially to Bernie and her team for ensuring that it was open in time for Family Day Picnic. Check out the AMISA Educators' Conference Call for Proposals . The themes of this year's conference are:  Growing : How do we nurture a positive school culture? Connecting : What does successful STEAM and community integration look like?  Better Together : How can all stakeholders collaborate to realize your school's vision?  The conference will be held in Asunción, Paraguay, from March 20-22, 2024.  The proposal deadline is October 1.  Please reach out to Ann if you need a thought partner for your proposal.

Dear ACS Faculty and Staff, I'm delighted to announce a new tool to help internal communication at ACS.  It is a blog entitled Inside ACS.    Communication could be made better in most any organization, but we have heard from you that internal communication needs some urgent work at ACS.  This is particularly true in our whole-school areas, both academic and non-academic.  This blog is an attempt to begin to rectify that problem.  Here you will find periodic updates on various topics of importance to ACS employees.  You can view the blog in several different ways.  First, you can always access it at:  https://insideacslp.blogspot.com/ .
